Aquariums to Help Reduce Seizures

Today I want to share with you one thing that I have done to help reduce the amount of seizures I have. All my life I have loved fish, simply because I used to work at a pet store when I was 18 years old. One thing I have found is that watching the fish in the aquarium helps to calm the nerves from stress. This year since I was having problems with my seizures, I decided to buy a small three gallon tank. I have had the aquarium now for three weeks now and haven,t had one single episode with my epileptic seizures. Now I will say that not all fish help with calming effects of seizures, one example are fish that glow from the effects of black lights, these can put an epileptic into a trance causing a seizure. I recommend either gold fish or tropical fish that have normal lighting in the tank. I will also  say that having fish is a good way to also reduce stress which is a cause of seizures.

I hope this article was helpful.
